No Return Policy
GadgetFlix does not offer returns once the product is delivered.
We request customers to check product details, compatibility, model, colour, size, and other information carefully before placing an order.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacement may be available only in the following cases:
The product is damaged
The product is defective
You received the wrong item
The product is different from what you ordered
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Replacement Conditions
To be eligible for replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and must include all accessories, labels, and invoice.
Non-Replacement Items
Replacement may not be accepted for:
Used products
Products damaged by the customer
Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to improper use
Clearance sale or final sale items
Screen protectors or tempered glass once applied
Requests raised after the replacement period is over
Replacement Process
To request a replacement, contact us with:
Order number
Product photo/video
Reason for replacement
Unboxing video, if available
After reviewing your request, we will confirm whether the product is eligible for replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for delivered orders.
Refunds will be processed only if:
The order is cancelled before shipping
The product is unavailable after payment
A refund is approved by GadgetFlix due to a valid issue
If your refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days to reflect in your account after they are processed.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
